Bill T. Jones is one of the most prominent American choreographers. He brings together dance performances, social claims and identity pride and works with atypical dancers. Black, gay and seropositive, he wants to fight against exclusion in all forms, and this, through art. With his commitments, he has in the United States the reputation of a terrible child of modern dance.
In this new show, there are no politics questions. The Bill T Jones intention is to highlight the joy of working together between musicians and dancers. Her creates a very sensitive dialogue with two of the most beautiful music score for string quartet : The Ravel Quartet and “La jeune fille et la mort” of Schubert.
